Craig Westwood has completed his debut solo album, titled Saturday Night Believer. The former member of Dern Rutlidge, wrote, recorded and produced the album over a two year period - with assistance from Tom Jackman (ex-Ricaine) on drums. Glance releases its new EP, A Lifetime to Forget You, in stores June 7 on By Design Records and distributed by MGM. The EP is the follow up to the group's debut extended player of 2001.
Intercooler's guitarist, Michael Caso, has left the band. His replacement is guitarist Darek Mudge of fellow Brisbane band, Screamfeeder. The first show back with the new line up is Friday June 11 at The Zoo, Brisbane with Dallas Crane. June also sees the band enter Rockinghorse Studios to record a new single with producer Paul 'Woody' Annison. The single is slated for a July/August release, with a tour to follow.
Dream Catcha tours the West Coast of America this July. The 55 date tour takes in Seattle, LA, Vegas and Phoenix. The band will be releasing its debut EP, Here I Am, in the US on June 15 - no plans have been announced for a local Australian release.

The 9th Wave launches its debut five track EP, Falling From A Cliff, on Thursday June 3rd at The Troubadour, Fortitude Valley with special guests Dave & Ryan (Denvar). Out now through Funk Folk Records/MRA, the EP was engineered and produced by Powderfinger guitarist Darren Middleton in the third quarter of 2003, at his home studio. Missy Higgins heads out on the road this June and July, in support of The John Butler Trio. The Melbourne based singer/songwriter is currently wrapping up the recording of her debut album in the US, with producer John Porter. The as yet untitled disc is expected to be released later this year.
